Growing up in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, I felt incredibly isolated as a child, struggling with my identity and facing extensive challenges with my mental health. With pent-up reservations about who I was, I experienced severe anxiety and depression. It took years to find the right help, but once I found an affirming and supportive therapist, I felt I could say and share anything. This is where the real work began, and it transformed my life.
I created Unboxed Pride to offer a safe and supportive space for everyone, including those in the LGBTIQ+ community and individuals from all walks of life who seek to feel seen and heard by professionals who understand their unique challenges. Our mission is to support inner healing and pride with a handpicked team of therapists who are committed to helping all individuals, regardless of their background, find their path to wellness and self-acceptance.
