- Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Unboxed Pride Pty Ltd ABN 84 658 020 216 of PO Box 271 NEUTRAL BAY JUNCTION NSW 2089 Australia (Promoter).
- The promotion begins on 5 April 2023 at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) and ends on 5 May at 5pm AEST (“Survey Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to delay the commencement of the promotion and to also extend the closing date and time. The Survey Period will then be dates and times as varied by the Promoter.
- In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, the Unboxed Pride Website, service providers, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and authorities that regulate competitions. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is further governed by Unboxed Pride privacy policy which can be found on Unboxed Pride’s website. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As such, the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and other intellectual property in the entries.
