About Us.

“By thinking outside of the box, you can discover healing and
transformation, to embrace a world that is uniquely yours”

The Power of Unboxing.

Being open to sharing our experiences or challenges can be incredibly difficult.  For many of us, it is why we keep how we feel sealed in a box.

Unboxing is defined by the safe space established when genuine trust and comfort are achieved in a supportive relationship with a therapist – to feel you can share anything, knowing that you will always be treated with respect and compassion, positivity and care, without any fear of judgment.

Our team of therapists all have success stories in our community and are qualified in building trust and genuine connections for LGBTIQ+ members to safely unbox any inner concerns or worries.

We are here to walk with you on a transformational path offering evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practical solutions tailored to your journey – To help you think outside of the box – to uncover your authentic power for healing, freedom, and long-lasting joy which is always within your reach.

That’s the Power of Unboxing.

Founder of Unboxed Pride.

Growing up in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, I felt incredibly isolated as a child to coming out as gay. With pent-up reservations about who I was, I experienced severe anxiety and depression. It took years to find the right help, but once I found an affirming and supportive therapist, I felt I could say and share anything. This is where the real work began and it transformed my life.  I created Unboxed Pride for anyone in the LGBTIQ+ community to have a safe space to feel seen and heard by professionals who get the challenges faced by our community. To support inner healing and pride with a healing alliance handpicked for our beautifully authentic community.”
