Areas of Experience

I am a registered psychologist with over five years of experience in the community sector, specializing in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a highly effective approach for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. While CBT is central to my practice, I tailor each intervention to fit the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the individual. This personalised approach may also include techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness Practices, and Cognitive Therapy to further enhance our work together.

As an LGBTQIA+ inclusive psychologist, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations. I understand the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and offer support in navigating identity, life transitions, and mental health concerns. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change in your life.
