In the vast landscape of human emotions and experiences, my experience includes working with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, self-esteem, grief and loss, gambling and alcohol addictions/abuse, adjustment to physical and cognitive changes, ADHD, PTSD, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Workplace Stress, and coping with pain, illnesses and challenging life transitions. I also work with couples doing couples counselling, with extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
